Translated from the Japanese words “black caviar”, Kuro Kyabia, the restaurant, is situated in the Park Plaza Hotel Eindhoven. Kuro Kyabia serves elevated contempory twists on a Asian-inspired cuisine. The restaurant’s vision is hatched from many years of extensive travel and work all over the world.

The Restaurant

Entering the restaurant, you are likely to see the face of our Head Chef, dipping his head in greeting as he mans his station behind the sushibar. From there he supervises his team and inspects the wide variety of dishes coming out of the kitchen while creating his own signature non-traditional take on Japanese food. Which has delighted Eindhoven’s diverse dining crowd as well as visitors from across the country, and around the world.

Kuro Kyabia works with an award-winning sommelier and wine buyer. As a true professional, he or a member of his team will guide the client toward the perfect pairing. His personal wine list is a delight, imaginatively put together and has a wine for every eventuality. The wine list isn’t massive, but every wine has been carefully chosen and offers exceptional value for money.

Please note that the dresscode at Kuro Kyabia the restaurant is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from wearing tracksuits, hats, sportswear, beachwear, flip flops or any clothing that is too revealing. We reserve the right not to admit guests who are not adhering to the dresscode, and at the discretion of our managers. Smoking in the restaurant is prohibited.
